What I do
Job descriptions written with the hiring manager, sourcing across Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn, screening calls, assessments and in-person rounds, agency coordination, and a documented recruiting report at the end of it.
Payroll processing on Razorpay with clean file management, leave and attendance on the internal system, Mediclaim coordination with the insurer, confirmations, appraisals and exit formalities.
Engagement programmes — town halls, employee of the quarter — plus a real process for handling grievances, and policy communicated so it lands at every level rather than sitting in a document.
Vendor management, corporate relationships and business development — the commercial side of an HR function that most job descriptions leave out.
